I think its coverage is great where it is right now. All depends on your perspective.
I heard Christina talking about moving it back to Saddle Peak, where it was for many years. Have no idea if this will ever happen.
This is a real soap opera. I wish some of the guys would actually use some soap, though.
I have to admit it has me hooked.

Yah good for appetite suppression.
In all seriousness it is rather interesting,
I can have it going in the background and I find it more entertaining than Rush Limbaugh.

I got tired of Rush a long time ago. He plays a tune with only one note.

I know he was the only example I could pull off the top of my head at that time.....
I listened to him for a month back in 90 and turned him off.

Yeah, he turned me off too, and then I reciprocated.

But his network announcer who says "You are listening to the EIB Radio Network" is a longtime NYC ham radio operator and famous DJ.
Steve -- do you recognize his voice?

Hi Bill, actually I wouldn't know since I really don't listen to that windbag.
Who is it?
BTW want to get together for lunch sometime? It so happens I'll be in Valencia on Monday at 3:15 PM although that's for a medical appt. But the trip is pretty short and I could make it almost any time...
When Rush went on his one-note theme (Democrats suck, conservatives rule the world, etc) I stopped listening to him. That was a long time ago.

Rich Ulrich K2KOQ aka Johnny Donovan at WABC in "da Big Apple."
To which Ill add that I do not listen to Rush -- hes just plain annoying -- but a few times hit one of the local stations carrying his show and recognized Rich's V/O immediately.

ooooohhh...I'm gonna put, "Talent on loan from GOD!" in my sig.
"America's quiet warriors are the legion of ham radio operators, 700,000 of them, who are always at ready for backup duty in emergencies – amateur, unpaid, uncelebrated, civilian radio operators, during and after floods and fires and tornadoes. After the 9/11 attacks, hams were indispensable in reuniting friends and families. Most recently it was they who expedited the search for debris after the Columbia Explosion , and right now, at this moment, they are involved in homeland security to a greater degree than you would want me to make public."
