Default CDE Ham Series Limit Switches Help

What moves the actuator arm that operates the limit switches? I can't find any feature on the ring gear or bell housing that would do it. It takes some force, so I don;t think it's coming from the potentiometer assembly.
    Help?

The ring gear has a protrusion at one of the three bell housing dogs that hits the actuator arm for the limit switches. In cases where the rotator is forced past the actuator arm the cast aluminum protrusion can break off.

    Part # 50313-10

Look to the left of the picture to see the protrusion.

Default Thanks! - Found the broken nub afer posting.

I saw the break after I got the grease off the ring gear and took another look. Found the nub rattling around in the rotor.
