    Default BN-86 Balun question

Can someone tell me whats inside a Hygain BN-86 Balun? I am pretty sure it's a current balun but is it 1:1 or 4:1?

    Thanks,
    Mike

It's wire wrapped on ferrite (inside). It's 1:1.

The "manual" is on line: http://www.hy-gain.com/man/pdf/BN-86.pdf

Back when I had a TH-6 in the 60's I burnt up 2 at 1200W, went with a coil of RG-8 after that.
