Default amateur radio cruise operation Holland America Line

Although I am not definitely contemplating a cruise anytime in the near future, I did come across the information which is posted as an attachment to this message. The attachment is in Microsoft Word 97 format.

A few years ago my wife and I went to HI for the first time, not on a cruise of course.
My wife had one request (turned out to me one of several) and that was to leave all radio equipment home.
    Enjoy the cruise Glen.
We took one up the passage to AK while living in WA a few years back and it was a very worthwhile trip.

Holland America is pretty lenient in this regard.

Have fun on the cruise, and I'd definitely recommend taking some ham gear!

I've operated on four cruises, usually between 5 and 8 AM when everyone else including the XYL was sleeping, so they had no idea what I was doing.

As I indicated, I am not planning on taking a cruise. I just obtained the information from another source and I thought that the information may help someone who is planning on taking a cruise on one of the Holland America ships.
