How do I prevent a listing?
I have a person who asked me to log into their web log. I refused and they got very nasty with me in emails. They listed my call sign in their web log anyway without my permission. I did not make the listing. They told me they would leave it there just to piss me off.
If anyone can just add a call sign to their own web log without them approving it, what is the point of having it? And how can I have my call sign removed from his list?

And who mentioned you? This has nothing to do with you. You must have a guilty conscience. Maybe you do this to people too.

You asked a Question I replied ,what ever your drinking save some for me ?? ZL2WL

Are you talking about the 2 log entries you see when you go to http://www.qrz.com/lb/ ? If so, those entries are added by the other user if they are logging an over the air QSO with you. I know as a paid member of this site I can reject them. I don't know if it is different for non-paid members. You can open each record by clicking on it and there should be a red X to reject it displayed over the detail info for the contact. Click the red X and then click save.
There is nothing preventing that op or any op from submitting more contacts.

Dave K2DSL look i have sign your Wed contact and left a comment ,i did the same by emailing Dave K3DAV to sign mine also today .When i looked on my page i noticed his call entry on my Web box if you click on his call sign box that tells you Date,Time NOW he has accused me for doing the entry. No way do i know his or your ID password for your QRZ log on cause you have to log on to get to that page so i have filled in the missing sentence to his first inquire above ,Dave k3dav told me he been a Ham since the age of 10 years old i wounder how TRUE that is HUMMMM that's another story 73 ZL2WL

I think K3DAV is not talking about the web contact log as that is available only to paid subscribers. I think he's talking about the actual over the air contact log you'd see if you go to your page or his and click on the Logbook tab.

Hi Thanks for the Reply
Dave K3DAV is a paid subscriber cause his call sign is printed in Green like mine to identified what plan we paid for .
Correct logbook for on air contacts i agree .
Wed log for web contact,so if i send you a web contact by leaving a comment in your comment box ,at the same time click the box beside it showing my call sign eg DE ZL2WL it automatically logs my Call and comment to your Web page ,
Now you come along log on to QRZ with your ID / password read my comment see my Call Sign enters on your Web Page Now tell me is this NOT a Web contact between two party. We have made a WEB Contact But K3DAV disagrees cause we did not talk on Radio,HF,CB,IRLP to name a few .
I spotted Fred AA7BQ Comment read for your self on Topic
Is there a way to opt out of the logbook? it on page 1 halfway down
I have my logbook box disable so dose not show on my page
Happy to Reply to all WEB Contacts and a special big thanks to the 700 alread have my call on there Web Page ONLY.

Look next to my avatar and see the words, "HAM MEMBER". I am not a paid subscriber and my call sign is printed in BLUE.
Some people just do not know when to give up, Captain Ahab.

The web log is different than the QRZ logbook. The web log is, for the most part, just a way to acknowledge someone is a "friend," nothing more. Some folks enjoy having many web members, some don't.
I wouldn't sweat the small stuff. Simply ignore those whom you don't want to befriend.
