End Fedz 10-20-40

Hello all,

I have a Par End Fedz multi band 10-20-40 antenna that I am putting back into use after a move. However, the instructions seem to have gone missing in the move. Would anyone be able to assist? I have looked around online but have had no luck so far finding them.
