I would not advise anyone to do business with this guy based on my experience. We had a deal where I would swap a like new Alinco 2 meter HT for an item of his. He got my HT and I received an item that looked like it came out of a junk pile. I contacted him and he said:

I only do business the right way. If you are not Happy with our agreement, then I am also not, and I will be more than glad to refund your Items.
The decision is yours
