Yaesu FT-70G, Southcom SC-130, TenTec Corsair II, Antenna Tuners
Last chance before I put this stuff on ebay. I need to raise some money.
Yeasu FT-70G HF/SSB backpack transceiver. It looks & works great. If I didn't have another one I'd never part with this one. I've just installed new BCD frequency control switches & aligned the synthesizer. 2-30mc 100cps steps(modifiable for 160), 5/15+watts(adjustable), AM/LSB/USB/CW.
Radio set includes:
Unmodified FC-70M antenna tuner.
FNB-70 battery box/nicad battery(takes a charge).
CSC-70 Backpack carry bag.
Service manual, factory original.
$1125+ shipping & paypal fees if used.
If you don't want the CSC-70 pack I'll keep it & you can take off $25.00.
FL-110 Solid state Linear Amp, originally sold for use with the FT-7 & FT-70 etc. I got an HL-45B so I don't need it any more. 160-10mtrs(band switched) 100+watts. It puts out 50 watts when used with my FT-817(5 watts drive). RF or direct line keying. Has power cable & connector. $225+ shipping & paypal fees if used.
#1, SC-130, looks like crap but works. This was my primary PedMob radio last year before I got my FT-70 & PRC-1099. Both carry handles
broken off, the threw connector to the battery box is missing. I connected a standard 2 pin automotive type power connector for attachment to batteries in the battery box(nothing permanent). Puts out about 10 watts. Temporary modification to clarifier control for continuous frequency coverage on TX(works 60mtrs great). Choice of original unfinished battery box or CY-2562/PRC-25 battery box(either works well), three pin power connector/cable if wanted. $300.00+ shipping & paypal fees(if used).
#2, SC-120D, the original "Patrol Phone". Xtal control 23 channel HF/AM/CW/LSB/USB 10watts+, back pack transceiver. Beautiful condition but I never tried it out(no xtals). Runs on internal 'D' cell batteries, internal whip tuner, uses standard military audio accessories. $230+ shipping & paypal fees if used.
LDG AT-897 tuner for use with the Yaesu FT-897. Exc condition, in original box. Received rave reviews on eHam but it wouldn't do what I needed it to so here it is. $125.00
MFJ-945E mobile antenna tuner. Total POS! Read my review in eHam. I purchased it to begin with because it was the only such tuner that would fit in the available space. I have fixed it all up & it's operational(better than new but scuffed up from use). $55.00
Ten-Tec Corsair II station.
Everything works perfectly comes from my operating station. I just purchased a high end Harris so now I need to sacrifice a few things.
Includes the following:
561 Corsair II HF/SSB transceiver(160-10mtrs including WARC bands) w/manual.
255 Power supply/speaker w/manual.
263 Remote VFO w/manual.
705 Desk mic w/manual.
Take it all $600 & shipping. Add 4% if paypal is used. I would entertain offers on individual parts of the set.
(it is priced here at over $250 less than the last items like this to sell on ebay & those were sold as-is, didn't include manuals, & were in worse shape)
Would trade towards the below:
Solid state 500 watt class amplifier. HLA300, SGC Power Cube, Metron, etc(no CB junk).
Other items of interest include:
Portable HF/SSB transceivers, Military, Codan, SGC, Spilsbury, Kachina, Southcom, Stoner, Paracom etc.
Especially interested in finding Hand held HF/SSB transceivers such as:
10H/WP, 2-30mc 2ch 15w hand-held ssb transceiver. Marketed by International Telecom Systems, Foster City Ca. Possibly made by CR Electronics(CR-10H/WP). Has anybody ever seen one?
Mini-Mitter II 40mtr SSB hand held transceiver(possible other bands). Made by American States Electronics ca1972.
N888 Northern Radio Company Hand-Held 10w 2-9mcSSB. ca1978.
