Oops, I'm sorry I thought this thread was about single wide trailers. Nevermind.

Better buy up a stock, so you can build your "Tuna Tin" qrp rigs !

What's a homebrewer supposed to do after the kippers are no longer manufacturered ?

I used to remember my Father eating sardines, and I would have one or two, but I never got all that fond of them. And I wouldn't think of taking Cod Liver Oil to sooth whatever ailed me! But the health stores have "fish oil" capsules, and indeed, there is even a type that is sold by prescription only ( Lovasa, I believe ) so the stuff must be good for something, besides providing a chassis for a QRP CW rig !
Ham Radio, Amateur Astronomy, and Model Airplanes - what better way to spend some time!

No time is ever wasted that is spent LEARNING something !

I like the sardines in tomato sauce or plain old olive oil. Good stuff.

I have some of their sardines!

If anybody wants to stop by, and have a few, maybe we can get drunk and try and forget what the (insert COC violation) are doing to America:

announced in February that the plant would close because of steep cuts in the amount of herring fishermen are allowed to catch in the Northeast. The New England Fishery Management Council set this year's herring quota at 91,000 metric tons — down from 180,000 tons in 2004
Do these government idiots do this on purpose?

I guess we can all eat cake

    Rege
Now my mistakes travel at the speed of light!

Another casualty of the economic war against the middle class of this country.

Last week without fanfare the last auto plane in the People's Republic of Kalifornia closed it's doors.

Just FYI, these are the "Beach Cliff" branded sardines.

Think I'll go buy a case this afternoon.
