Mic Assistance

I am running a Alinco DX 70 and an Icom IC 2410 Dual Bander. Any suggestions for a Heil or??? Mic or Headset that will work for both rigs. I know I will need the Heil adapters if go that route. But I am told Icom is picky with mic & Power - Any Advice greatly appreciated

Why not use the mic that comes with that Icom?
