Palomar 300A six tube linear amplifier
Palomar model 300A -- black face, chrome cover -- grounded grid amplifier. It has high/low power selection and is for the 40-20-15-10 meter amateur radio bands.

The protective plastic sheet is still on the front panel, should be removed (is wrinkled), panel looks nice.
The power transformer is separate (see the schematic) and is NOT INCLUDED, but does include the connecting cable (a Triad, Thordarson, etc xfmr having the proper HV and filament winding can be used).
This is an estate item, untested, looks complete, with tubes, but offered AS IS. Photos available by email, contact firstname.lastname@example.org

Which tubes are in this and does it have the band switch or is it the early broadband design?
It will have either 6KD6's or 6LF6's. I have actually used one of those amps. If I recall two tubes drive 4 and it does not need much drive from the rig.
