Yes - photoshop and the like have a lot to answer for. There used to be a saying that "The camera never lies" !!!! nowadays I suspect it rarely tells the truth.
This story about an impossibly thin Kate Winslet being a case in point.

I think the fairies story fooled so many people at the time because no-one really believed or realised that such sophisticated fakery was possible in those days.

I did not bother to read through all the replies so, if someone already mentioned this, excuse me.

I'm "10-7".
.
I have not come, yeah, to testify
about our bad, bad misfortune and I ain't here a wond'rin' why.
But I'll live on and I'll be strong
'cause it just ain't my cross to bear.
I sat down and wrote you a long letter, it was just the other day.
Said, sure as the sunrise, baby, tomorrow I'll be up and on my way.
But I'll live on and I'll be strong
'cause it just ain't my cross to bear.
But in the end, baby, long towards the end of your road,
don't reach out for me, babe, 'cause I'm not gonna carry your load.
But I'll live on and I'll be strong
'cause it just ain't my cross to bear.

I believe in God, I believe in Satin, I believe in heven and hell, I believe there are demons among us as well as angels. I believe in miracles as I have seen. I believe Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose in three days and is the Son of God, that is my choice. Because you choose not to believe does not make it a hoax. I agree religion caused some very bad things but if you look the root cause it revolves back to greed and courption and people who wanted power (evil/satin). Sounds a lot like our politicians (demons). I don't expect this to change the minds of the ones who have posted and that's fine. I just say to you that if I am right and you are wrong, you have a lot more to lose than I.
What do I think is the biggest hoax, that God does not exists.....
