3 years?,fine?,blatent operations?..all true. fine will be reduced,maybe to ZERO. nothing may EVER happen,but keep forwarding those reports.its all we can do,since THEY dont seem to do much,even when handed ot them on the silver [eagle hihi] platter. which brings me to my observation. what the heck goes on in their enforcement minds?.seems ot me,that hams can get done for the "example effect". cber types seem to get done for the throat effect. but the ratio of 1 to 500 or so,doesnt seem right to me. i think 500 throat effects would do a lot more to solving the end problem then example effects on TRANSITORY "OPINIONATED"VIOLATIONS of the effected types. its pretty clear to me. its called effective use of resourses to an END goal,or direction. seems we have none from the fcc. ,p
