Question about awards page

I understand that the (W) means worked the zone, state, what does the (C) mean. I couldnt find anything here about it or on the HRD website. Thanks for the help.

C = Confirmed.

This will happen if you make the QSO as having received a QSL card, or if you use LoTW, and there is a confirmation there downloaded and the update automatically posted.

W just means worked. Not confirmed.
