Looks like the Feds are finally going to get "involved" in the 10 meter fiasco. About time. I hope they are sincere about it. I suspect they are.
I wish instead of worrying about someone like Mike Mitnick, the computer hacker having his amateur license revoked, which I don't agree with personally, I would prefer to see the Feds get after some of these swap site scammers that are ripping individuals of of 100's and 1000's of dollars.
Since that is a crime and sorta associated with amateur radio, then why not pursue these clowns and get them into jail instead of worrying about Mitnick. He did his "time", and it wasn't associated with amateur radio.
Sometimes I wonder about the Feds. It isn't Riley I am concerned about, but the head of the beast called the FCC. I often times question what their agenda is and why we are getting some enforcement but not enforcement in other areas. Seems it takes too long.
Keep up the work Riley, perhaps, you need some new commanders at the FCC.
