Are you a QRZ subscriber ? If so you need to change the settings in your logger to match your new status, if not get a subscription and see how much better it works and to support QRZ.

    Default Logger Help

Yes I am a subscriber, just don't know what to change or where to change it. That is my only question.

    Thanks,

    RD:

Your "tag line" (under your call) does not show that you are a subscriber. It only shows you as a QRZ member. You need to check on that.

    Default About QRZ lookkup free

Hey guys amateur radio friends, not lose the time download lookup free, I was put the free option a complete month ago, you need that the QRZ web page open first and next the lookup box inform call info.
Was boring with this two steps and conclude its a bad decision.
Now I was bought on QRZ a week lookup probe and discover its very different than my lastest free lookup was used in my logger32.
Now I bought the 29,50 suscription for a year is the best decision that I taken.
So probe the pay suscription and note the difference.
    Many thanks

As recommended in the Logger32 Help File, check www.n2amg.com
