    I'VE PT9795 TRANSISTOR BUT I DONT KNOW PO VCC GAIN ETC .

    PD9795 cross referenced with SD1229-1.

    The SD1229-1 cross referenced to the NTE350F on the Mouser website.

    Not confident the information is 100% trustworthy after two cross references and all are obsolete.

    Isn't that a TRW house number?
    Some of the older TransWorld exciters / amplifiers used TRW RF transistors.
