    Default I am now LICENSED!

Yes, just a few minutes ago, I passed the grueling test and won full certification to COOK HAMBURGERS!! The course was tough, 2 hours of very technical food prep theory, such as what temp to cook different foods at, how to do this and that, and keep cockroaches out of the food.

The most important thing learned is that we are supposed to WASH OUR HANDS after using the Poot Poot seat.

OH, Don't chop salad on the same cutting board you just prepared raw chicken on.

So many things to learn, so little brain space to put it all

But the test was really hard, as we didn't have ONLINE Practice tests, Test question downloads or even use of our notes during the test.

Consequently, I BLEW 2 questions! RATS!!!!

If ONLY I could have Crammed for it.

But that's OK, I could miss 10 of the 35 before I flunked.

I was issued a certifcate that allows me now to get a Job at Taco Bell, Jack n the box or Del Taco. Maybe even IN&OUT! Atleast I would eat good there.

So the test was harder than the Extra, but still passable! Hard remembering all those tricky answers I had just heard a few hours earlier, PHEW!!!
I didn't even remember the teachers name!

Wonder if Del Taco is Hiring? I got the license!

Why do they call them hamburgers?
Are they made out of ground up hams???

Why??? Cockroaches (even the California ones) don't eat that much.

    Q. What do they call the medical student whose final grade standing ranks last in his class?

    A. "Doctor."

Sounds like he is getting ready to tell his current boss where to go.
So you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking
Racing around to come up behind you again.
The sun is the same in a relative way but you're older,
Shorter of breath and one day closer to death.

Me thinks it's going to be the other way around.
