Bulk Ground Coffee Allergy
Hear today on NPR during an interview about insects.
There is an entomologist who, in the course of his work, handled lab cockroaches so much that he became allergic to them
And now now he can't drink bulk ground coffee -- because there are so many ground up cockroaches in it!
Mmmmm, GOOD.

I never drink coffee. But chocolate-covered roaches are great!! (Unless you are a roach of course).

Which are probably better than roach covered chocolates.

How about a law requiring the coffee companies to ship the cockroaches in separate bags ?

I didn't even make it through the 'A's on the filth list.....
APPLE BUTTER
Mold
(AOAC 975.51) Average of mold count is 12% or more
Rodent filth
(AOAC 945.76) Average of 4 or more rodent hairs per 100 grams of apple butter
Insects
(AOAC 945.76) Average of 5 or more whole or equivalent insects (not counting mites, aphids, thrips, or scale insects) per 100 grams of apple butter

Not counting mites, aphids, thrips (what's a thrip?) or scale insects? That's disgusting!
No more apple butter for me. I don't even know if I want to read the rest of the list.

"The best number is 73. Why? 73 is the 21st prime number. Its mirror (37) is the 12th and its mirror (21) is the product of multiplying, 7 and 3. ... In binary, 73 is a palindrome, 1001001 which backwards is 1001001."
-Dr. Sheldon Cooper, (Jim Parsons), "Big Bang Theory"
"Just to invite your attention to "73" in Morse code--also a palindrome."

I was told that some European bakers put cumin seeds in rye bread so that wandering cockaroaches could pass undetected as seeds.
I was also told that a friend of mine learned to dance the cha cha in a bagel factory. How? (You are supposed to ask.) His job was to step on as many cocaroaches as possible when the bagel oven was turned on.
Actually if you handle enough cockaroaches you will become immune to them....not the other way around...because I think your system will eventually build up anti-buggies.
Hams are capable of being very diverse and enjoying many hobby phases. If you are very alergic to cockaroaches you might enjoy handling bed bugs instead.

Roaches or coffee? (Don't reply until you have memorized all the Pi terms).
Someone once asked "what is wrong with the last drop?"
