While I agree with you to be ready, I must point out that making threats is illegal as well as operating without a license. I think that this is not hardware related rather behavioral in nature, would you agree? Thus my point that you can make any radios illegal but only illegals will have any radios.

This parallels guns... in many respects... Radio Control will not work. Here in the Commonwealth of Virginia we have Project Exile. Possess or use an illgotten gun, !BOOM!, you're gone to the federal pokey OUT OF STATE so momma can't bring you biscuits in prison! Perhaps this can be applied to freeband trash, operate out of band, !BOOM!, you're DX without a radio. The trash should be confiscated & publicly smashed LIVE on TV so these ruthless bastards know the law means business! We could call it Project Un-DX.

Oh well enough fantasy! Back to reality that they have absolutely nothing to fear but flying lead if the come past the POSTED signs here.
