Lookin for Puddy
Drove all around town this morning looking for a little Puddy
In my lil "Chatteau" by the stream, I have discovered that rodents like to try and find their way in to keep warm. They have already destroyed various bags of pasta, Beans, Ramen noodles, and other sorts of boxed goods these past couple of weeks.
Can't put traps or poison down.
If I could only find a lil Puddy to raise up with my Attack chihuahua's
Went to the Adoption agency this morning and discovered that they dont open till 1:Pm. Would be nice since they already have them fixed, shots, wormed, and ID chipped for $65bux
Went to a pet store locally and they only had a couple of Adult cats, One of which was a Special Needs cat. and They wanted about $80bux
Taking a break, gotta run again later to Superpets where they have some of the shelter cats sponsored on display. Then maybe back to the main shelter.....
I thought I could get rich in the stock market by investing in
Viagra, Geritol, And Ginseng but my stocks didn't rise to the occasion.
Hell, I figured that there was always somebody somewhere either trying to
Get it up
Get it going
or
Trying to remember what to do with it.

A lot of PUDDY in the local bar
Just scratch behind their ear and they will follow you home
Some of them roam the streets they are hard to catch
-
They are a pain for sure..... Cat's won't catch mice unless they are TAUGHT by their mother. It's NOT instinct.....
Adopting one is your best bet.....Plus...you're saving a life in the process. :-)
Most of the animals in the shelter are "worthy companions". It's stupid people that dump them there because they don't know how to handle a pet..... :-(

Something is WRONG with our cat. He catches mice outside, and then brings them in the house and LETS THEM GO!!!!!
-
That means he really loves you. (no kidding) If he's bring you "presents", then he's a happy cat. :-)
When I was a kid, we were always being brought "something" by our 2 cats. (mother and daughter)
Usually it was half a snake, half a bird, half a mouse....
The brains HAVE to be tasty, as that's ALL they would EVER eat.
We'd get some live stuff now and then, but mostly...just halvsies of something. ;-)

I told my wife I needed a little PUDDY, but she said ONE cat was enough in the house!

I had a cat one time that must have had a trophy room somewhere. From the time he was 8 weeks old, he would sneak out at night. And in the morning he would show up howling to get in, and he would lay on our doorstep the headless carcasses of rats twice his size. I'm sure he had their heads mounted.
Saw him chase the neighbor's pit bull into the house one time. Tough cat!

Growing up my mom had a Old Siamese that wormed it's way slowly into the household.
He would catch them and either bring them to you OR you would sometimes find just the tail laying in the hallway.
We also had a cat once that the only time you would see her was when it was time for her to "download"
One night we heard a racket coming from our back yard, And spotted her rolling with a possum.....

Treat him well. He will be a buddy of yours for years if you do. Take good care of your cat!
