need delaware for WAS

I only need Delaware to complete WAS. I have needed this state for about a year. I thought i would be able to get DE last weekend with the DE QSO party. Please some DE ham take pity on this WAS wannabe and write me at k8hug@arrl.org or this thread to sked a qso. CW, SSB, PSK 31, you name it.

How about we try sunday, Feb. 15, 2009 at 9:00 am EST (14:00 UTC) at 14.232 SSB? I we have bad propagation, we can move to another band or mode. I just recently got into PSK 31 and my CW speed is about 10-15 wpm.

Again, you are doing me a great favor, so if the time or mode or band is inconvenient, just let me know. I have set aside all day sunday for ham radio. Right now i am cleaning up the shack--trying to find all those QSL cards to sumit for WAS!
