That will seem a bit daft if she is born in some other month - February Rose doesn't have quite the same ring to it.
It matters not what month she is born, that will still be her name.
I like it, I admire your choice. Far better than the trendy, pop star type names that some people, especially 'celebrities' are lumbering their poor kids with.
