Default Callsign owner is SK. New callsign owner...

Hi guys. The c/s PY1RR used to belong to a dear friend of mine (Dudu).
He is sk now and the new PY1RR c/s owner is another friend of mine, Robson.
The problem is: Robson does not speak any English, and he is having
trouble trying to modify PY1RR data here. He tried to register here, but
it seems the deceased PY1RR was a registered user and Robson is unable to
register himself. I've looked the online FAQ and found no answer.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Hello

He can registere himself first here to get his free ID and password.
    https://secure.qrz.com/reg

Then, he will be able to modify the info himself.
Or, you can doi it instead of him as follows, because the database PY1RR has been released.

    After loging in,
    1) Go to: http://www.qrz.com/callsign/PY1RR
    2) Then click "Click for more detail....."
    3) And click "Manage Record"
    4) "Callsign Update Manager" will open. (7 options there)
    5) Click on the appropriate option, and enter the info.
    6) Click "Save Changes", if required. (Follow the instructions)

    Default Deceased c/s owner

    Hi, Kaz, thanks for answering.
He can not register because the deceased PY1RR was registered here already.
If he tries to register, he will be warned "PY1RR c/s is already registered..." etc.
If he asks for the lost password, it will not help at all, because it will
be sent to the deceased PY1RR e-mail. Know what I mean?

Re your second sugestion: I was PY1RR manager her. but I released it
so Robson (actual PY1RR) could try to manage it. I do not want to
manage that call anymore. HE needs to.

    Thanks anyway.

    Hello py1vhf,

I checked and found that account of PY1RR has been no longer registered.
This is why I think Robson (actual PY1RR) can register himself.

To manage PY1RR, he need to register himself to get his account PY1RR and its password first.
Please advise him to register here again.

    Thank you.

    Hello py1vhf,

I found that Robson PY1RR has registered himself and has edited his database.

Can you please advise him to fix his database to his account as follows.
I think it will be much more secure.
    http://www.qrz.com/callsign/PY1RR

    1) Click "MGR", the right of his callsign near the top of the page.
    2) "Callsign Manager's Page" will open.
    3) Enter PY1RR to "Add managed callsign:", and click "Go".
