Just to clarify, I voted that I use Firefox, but I will occasionally switch over to IE briefly if I am having issues with a page.

    Default Favorite browser...

I use primarily Iceweasel (and IceApe). These are the Unix/Linux versions of FireFox and Mozilla. I also use Konqueror and Epiphany occasionally for their special features.

  4. #4

    Default BT interenet

My preferred browser is BT internet's own Broadband browser. Depending where I am, I also use Firefox and MS Internet Explorer.

If you find something you cannot do, start doing it. Pretty soon you will find how you are doing some of it wrong and put that right. After a while, you will find you are doing it all right. Advice given to me by Lynn L. Augspurger in 1978, who sadly died January 2013.

Of course, there are those of us who use multiple OSes, browsers, computers, etc. I'm one of them. Mostly OSX/Safari but also Linux, Firefox and multiple sizes of screens - 15" laptop (Apple MacBook Pro), 20" Apple Displays and 18" 1280x1024 LCDs being the most common.

Hmm, I think that so far that the Safari number is a little low. I would also say the opera is a little low as well. Macs come with Safari and most iTunes installations have Safari with them as well. Opera is used on the Nintendo Wii Console so you may want to keep compatibility with that for the younger set.
