    Default aluminum coax

The coax is aluminum on the outer conductor. How are you able to solder a pl259 to the coax?

The cable has an aluminum foil shield surrounded by a tinned copper braid. That's what the CuSn designation means in the description above. There's 192 .15mm wires in that braid. It also has an copper clad aluminum center conductor. Some refer to this cable as poormans hardline. I think it works great.

    Yes, I did.

Ben is great to work with!

I have placed two orders with him for a total of 350' and multiple soldered connectors. One of the orders was for a friend in Iraq, and sent him directly 150'.

Great cable and great guy to deal with. Best price I have seen around in quite a while.

    73's all
