After around a year since I last used my slingshot and fishing reel (and model rockets!) to hang antenna wires, I had to pull out the arsenal again due to some high wind last week.
1st try over the 45' cedar: must have had too much slack out, causing a snapback.
2nd try over the cedar: success!
1st try over the whatever tree it is that doesn't sway much at the 55' level: success!(it must have taken me 15 times
the first time a few years ago over this particular tree).
Now I'll probably go over one more tree today or later this week so that I can hang two doublets (one anchor point from one of the above trees). It'll probably take me 15 shots since I bragged about it here...
