I just put up a big antenna. Seems to work for me...

I love 10 meters also, I am trying to speed up the time so I can work again on 10 meter as soon as possible, in the past I had a yagi of 2elements, now soon I will be on 10 meters also.

20 meters at the moment is mad, fully open, I just had to take 10 calls and go qrt, and then try again another 10 called and stop, I can not handle any more.

Today even the 17 meter had no much of activities, even there is no muc of noise, only 3 stations from EU, and poor signals, all in a sudden all bands are poor of activities in this part of the world

10m is open how true you are so is 40m,12m,15m,17m i listen there all the time i'm gonna keep my word and promise to all of you folks and upgrade to General class sometime in february or march of 2008 my folks want me to do this so i can join you guys on the hf bands i have a vertical R8 cushcraft hf antenna stands 38 ft tall i listen to the frequencys i use my yeasu ft-847 hf radio like a scanner but talk on uhf and vhf until i accomplish my task of upgrading i goto aa9pw.com and hamtestonline.com and study there

You can do that today without upgrading.

i dont know CW but willing to learn it i'm hearing lots of chatter on 40m mostly voice though i'll be getting my book next week whoo hoo the date on it says july 1,2007 new question and answer pool

Forget the USB and get into cw, the world there is different
