Icom ic-48a

[HK3OCH]

Desire to modify an Icom IC-48A UHF American version to 430-440 MHz TX. I followed the instructions that appear in:

but I only managed to extend the reception.

Here I found service manual and the planes of the equipment:

It will be possible to make that modification? somebody can help me?
