Yuma Hamfest and AZ State Conv Feb 18 & 19

The 2011 Yuma Hamfest & Emergency Preparedness Show, along with the Arizona State Convention, will be held Feb 18th and 19th at the Yuma Fairgrounds.

Extensive Vendors, Tailgaters, and exhibitors will be throughout the Fairgrounds. The fun begins Friday at Noon, and then continues on all day Saturday. Dinner features a choice of either barbecued pulled pork or chicken, baked beans, potato salad and rolls with butter. You have a choice of coffee, sodas or bottled water to drink with your meal. No one leaves hungry.

Many more exciting things are happening there, including great Prizes, an Antenna clinic, a hidden transmitter hunt, DXCC Card checking, etc

The Hamfest is most pleased to welcome Bob Allison WB1GCM from ARRL HQ speaking on the way tests are performed on the new radios reviewed.
