Microsoft would be better at making Patchwork quilts, they sure do put my granny to shame.

You should not post web links that makes a computer lockup.

Maybe it should be pitch, instead of patch, your old PCs...

It does lock up any of mine (5). Perhaps you already have a problem? Seriously, I am not BS-ing. I have 5 computers running W10 and that link does not lock up any.

    I normally have no problems.

The page takes almost 1 GB to load and sucks my CPU dry. That is not normal for a good web page.

Am I interpreting the image correctly--that you only have 2GB RAM in your machine? If so, no wonder why the CPU is having a canary!

Doesn't bog down my antique 32-bit box with a scant 3G of RAM running Debian Stretch. Browser: Firefox 60.7.0esr with Ghostery and Ad Blocker Ultimate.

free stats before loading said page in new tab:

(Those stats are for running Debian Stretch-32, ratpoison window manager, a terminal window, Thunderbird window, Firefox window with 12 active tabs, Geany editor window with three open document tabs, and irssi IRC window - not a killer load, but not a light load either)

It isn't that webpage link that's causing your computer to go catatonic. You've got other issues there. Find out what process is experiencing the load spike.
