Hi there, fellow amateur radio operators! o/

I have crafted and made available the schematics & PCB Gerber file (which you can use and actually print and get at home) for my reboot of Yaesu FH-2 Remote control: This is RFH-2!!

The project is documented at https://github.com/rfrht/RFH-2 - All it takes is a PCB (takes a few clicks to get some and FEW bucks), the switches (at the tip of your finger clicks) (our touch) and the resistors + a cap. More instructions at the Github page.

And a few solder iron fun!

Hope someone finds this useful! o/

    73s, my best regards,

    PY2RAF.

    Dear Oms,

I made and used similar key pad with FTDX 3000.
It was working unstable and often mixing different messages especially when I used it at hill top exposed to temperature.
Possibly it was due to temperature drift of pot resistors or because of slowly oxidizing contacts of buttons....
I made three different versions using better and better components but at the end gave up and bought original YAESU FH2.
This project is wasting of time for serious contester .
    YAESU knows the secret...
