Why isn\'t the younger generation getting involved

I am 16 years old and am an Amateur Extra class opperater. My bother is 11 and is a General class op. Why is no one else my age on the radio. It is my opinion that computer games are the main culprits. I think we need to try a lot harder to get more young people on the radio or our wonderful hobby and useful communication system will die out.
