    The 28th Annual WCARS Hamfest will be held Saturday July 26th, 2003 at the Haywood County Fairgrounds near Asheville, NC.

    Tickets are $6.00 at the gate, $5.00 Advance.
    Extra chances for prizes are $1.00 per chance with a ticket purchase.
