    Hello,
     Anyone else work this station?  Qsl to WA7ITZ...... I did not know that 2 numeral calls were allowed in the US.

    No idea on the call you mention, but, yes, it is not a valid US call.

    Special Event calls is the US are 1x1.

    Example  W4A.

    The FCC decided many moons ago not to
    have more than one number in callsigns.
    In the Tenth Radio District, they over laid the
    one and the zero to get the famous slash
    zero they use.

    The only exception that I'm aware of was for the
    bicentenial year when they allowed 200.
