Is there a defined frequency to call on for 2m DXing? I've searched and haven't found anything related to a national frequency, only particular contests

    Thanks

FM. Saw there was some good 2m propagation today and was wanting to try to reach out and touch someone. :)

There was a time when I call CQ on 144.200 USB and run a pileup outside of a contest if I was at a really good location like the summit of Mt Equinox. But I haven't done that in decades.

146.52 would be a good starting point on FM to see if you hear anybody.

144.125, ssb or 144.100 cw this weekend was the VHF contest you would have been able to work a number of stations
