    The GOAL is to have all bands, all modes incorporated into this vehicle
    but this time
    NEATLY!!!!
    rules of the game:

    1) ABSOLUTELY NO HOLES DRILLED WHATSOEVER, even inside and in areas not seen
    2) All removable on a moments notice (not easily stolen)
    3) radios securely mounted so they won't just slide around and bang around

    Radios to be installed
    1) FTM-400DR VHF/UHF FM
    2) Kenwood TM-331A 222 Mhz
    3) APRS standalone tracker
    4) HF RADIO (curently an Icom IC-706MK2)

    Antennas
    1) VHF/UHF: will have to change out my COMET SUPER GAINER, and get a Diamond NR770A Mount will be a folding Diamond K9000 motorized tilt over Luggage rack mount
    2) 2M/222 with TRiplexer for APRS and 222 use
    3) 6 Meter whip
    4) Little tarheel antenna for HF

    The APRS Tracker will have to be repackaged and its location to be is unknown. Maybe in the back seat ahead of the 3rd row seats on the floor board, since there will NEVER EVER be any 3rd row passengers
    Maybe I can put it in a tool box or Ammo box

    I just realized I lost my automotive WASTE BASKET!! Now I gotta got to walmart and buy another!

    Don't forget to pick up plenty of velcro & double sided foam tape while you are at it.
    (Or have you been hoarding bread ties for the ocasion? )

    Yep Sue, he needs Gorilla Glue, super duper heavy velcro strips, and chewing gum. Originally...I was thinking about shaped charges. n

    Nice Ve-Hicle Mr. Pat. Lots of class. When they see you coming in that fancy SUV, the price for the flea market gear will go WAY UP!!!

    Chewing gum would make a frugal substitute for the foam tape.....

    now looking for a little box trailer like UHAULS smallest
    this would be ideal!
