I just saw the oddest thing I have ever seen, and I could not bring a camera to bear in time.

imagine a small dot, like a very small spider 3 - 4 mm. then a line coming off that spider, extending to 10 mm, with a second spider on it. then the line retracts from the far end, and the cycle repeats itself.

by the time I found a camera and got a battery on it, the thing was gone.

p.s. in my shack, while building a J pole.

Any chance that happened inside your eye? My torn retina looked like a tree branch floated into my field of vision.

If not, I’m sorry, but you’ll need to accidentally lose your home to fire. There is no other option.

Easy. Spiders don't make dipoles. They were spinning up a beam.

Are you experiencing any numbness on the left side of your face?
