This is Monster horn, It is a pro Tenor Saxophone that plays wide open and full. It is in very nice like new shape. Only used it about 5 times so far. It is lusterous. Pad are new and solid. The horn is built very well. The story behind the horn is Dave Guardella made a couple of prototypes and it was given to a guy in Germany to have Colman Hawkins name engraved on them. This horn has Hawk written on the bell. Another company had Hawkins name so the horn production was scrapped.(This is not the cheep Hawkins horns running around the country) It came to this country with a twin that was in Silver. This is a Brass laqueur horn. It plays more like a Mark VI then any of the new horns out on the market. It plays close to the body not outstretched like the Yanigasawa. Out perferms Super Action 80, Yanigasawa and Yamahas. I didn't believe it either until I tried it. I am not a dealer, private owner Ham Radio operator raising some cash. W1sax
