    Leif,

    Frank wanted to charge $100.

Fred held the line at $30.

As was noted a few posts back, this is the first INTERACTIVE logging program ever made available. And it is very cool to check back after a couple of hours and find you have a few more confirmed contacts.

Those who don't see the value won't pay for it. Those who do, will.

In 6 weeks of operating at 8P9RY over the past 3 years, I have made 6447 QSOs. Of these, 11% have been confirmed via QSL card (both direct, and via the buro), 17% have been confirmed via eQSL.cc, and 40% have been confirmed via LotW.

eQSL confirmations do not count for WAS.

Are you using software that identifies a spotted station's state, and highlights stations known to be active LotW participants so you can appropriately focus your WAS efforts?

I upload to LotW after every operating session. It takes one mouse click to identify QSOs not yet uploaded, and a second mouse click to upload them. If the procedure you're using is less convenient than this, it's not the ARRL's fault.

I'm curious, how many businesses have you owned and made successful on this methodolgy?

I'm just waiting for the ADIF upload feature, and will periodically upload my log to QRZ for others and for awards stuff.

Holy smokes, Dave, that's a great confirmation rate. Were they mixed modes, or mostly one mode. That's a far higher rate than I've ever had with LOTW. I have noticed, however, that I get a much higher conf rate for PSK and other digital Q's...upwards of about 70%. Much lower for other modes.
