The SMARTS Radio Club and the Sibley Emergency Radio Team would like to invite you to join us on September 23rd for SMARTSFEST 2017. Our new location is only 40 minutes Southwest of downtown Minneapolis at the Cologne Community Center in Cologne MN. Indoor and outdoor retail space as well as VE testing and QSL Card checking will be available. VE Testing will be from 7:30am to 9:30am to be followed by a presentation on “Audio reinforcement in your shack” by Bob Heil (K9EID) of Heil Sound. General admission is $10 with free admission for kids 16 or younger and anyone passing a VE exam (Must show CSCE). We also have complementary display space for clubs or public information.
