    Coastal Amateur Radio Society will be holding a General Class amateur radio upgrade class on Wednesday evenings in April. Classes will be held at the White Bluff Presbyterian Church, 10710 White Bluff Rd, Savannah, GA 31406.

    Classes will be held starting April 6, and each Wednesday evening in April thereafter. Classes will start at 6:30 pm and run until 9:30 pm. After classes are over, a VE test session will be held at the same location Saturday, April 30, which is open to all who want to be tested for any license class. There is no charge for the classes. We will be using the ARRL General Class License Manual available at the link below.

    Pre-study of the first three chapters is recommended before the first class.

    Good luck to all your students. This sounds like something the club has some experience with (not the first ever class offering).

    How many students might you expect to enroll? After the 12 hours of instruction, roughly what percentage of students might you expect to successfully upgrade to General?
