What happened to Rutland Arrays/C3i/Ariane ????
All their web pages are dead .

The owner (of Rutland) passed away several years ago. The design rights were taken over by (sold to) another comnpany, but apparently not marketed or supported well, and dired up.

M Squared has similar designs of high quality. But Rutland originally sold "parts" for the homebrew antenna builder (and at very reasonable prices;) I don't know if M2 will do the same.

Added: Not sure if there was any relationship between those companies, or just that their pages are all dead. Rutland was in Virginia, I believe. It's been a long time since I dealt with him.

Is this "Ariane Arrays, Inc." of Concord MA? Scott Bullock was the fellow that I purchased my antenna from.

Apparently, it was C3i that bought the remains of Rutland Arrays when the owner passed away. C3i was bought by Ariane Arrays, and that company also appears to be defunct.
The M2 antennas are as good or better than the old Rutland antennas.
