I've seen a Rotating Globe Hit Counter Thingy on some folks QRZ pages and I don't know what it is called. It shows your position on a rotating globe with your call, or country. Anyone know where this thing can be found?

ETA: The one I'm looking for is not Flag Counter, Map Counter or 24Counter.

I think the one you are thinking of is at http://www.revolvermaps.com/. Most counters, including this one can be clicked on for information on how to obtain it.

By the way, this forum is for questions regarding amateur radio, the “Computers, Operating Systems & Ham Radio” forum would have been a better choice for this question.
