On 20 Nov, Rich went SK after suffering a heart attack almost a week earlier. Rich was 69. Long known as a consummate contester and DXer, Rich was also widely known among the engineering and radio astronmy community across the world. He was active in Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI), aeronomy, and ionospheric work. Rich will be sorely missed.
My goodness, very sorry to hear about Rich. He was definitely a great Ham and will be missed by many for sure. Rest in peace my friend, God Bless! PS He gave me AK on 6 meters!
