    Well I will try not to look at your response like that. However, I see this as a token case that underlines the FCC's failure. It proves they have the ability but lack the resolve to use their resources to even attempt at making a dent in the 10/12M problem. They have an HFDF facility that can pinpoint someone IF they want to. Granted most pirates operate mobile but assuming nothing should be done about fixed operation without a license is to allow everyone to operate without any fear. So why even require a license at all?
    Yea, its just wonderful to get 1 guppy in a pond full of unlicensed operators when compared to none but it surely is Selective Enfarcement at its' finest...
