Wish I could afford to go! Sounds like a ham radio party! Lot's of time...no tengo dinero mas.

 

Looks great. In March I was on both the north and south coasts and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Friendly people and a very interesting place to see at this point in time. The road east from Havana was good and while I didn't go as far as the Holguin guess it stays okay. So if you fly into the capital and allow enough time that should work out. But another possibility is going via Santiago in the eastern end of the country. (And for souvenirs be sure to get some of the local pesos--Populares--not just the hard money ones used by the tourists. Cheap and with great revolutionary motifs.)

 

My question...any plans for the CW contest in November?
