Today we're launching the first version of a new QRZ capability we call the Note Board.

Now, every member's callsign will have access to an on-going collection of messages that are attached directly to their callsign page.

The Note Board system allows other members on your Friends List to leave messages on your page. Optionally, you may designate an All Friends Mode that lets everybody post to your page.

Regardless of whether you limit the posts to your friends or everybody, you still get to block selected users from your page.

Each member has full moderation authority for their Note Board and can add or delete postings whenever they like.

I have opened up my Note Board to the All Friend Mode. Drop in and give me a shout!

    Shades of Facebook

I had rather check their county, which is missing from many lookups, than to play notebook (facebook).
