This week’s theme focus is on clubs and it is great that we have had so much response. Thanks to everyone who has put together an item for us for the news, we know it takes time and effort but the real advantage is that you get to hear different voices and just not the same old, same old!

Perthtech has been and gone and we all look forward to the John Moyle and the resumption of normal service as far as radio examinations go. Wearing another hat I am always promoting Ham College but Allen VK6XL will again remind us of the Radio and electronics school, a great education provider most especially for those not with easy access to ham college and those whose circumstances make regular attendance difficult. We can’t advertise, but I can report that I did my standard with Ron’s RES and achieved a great result. Follow Ron’s instructions and all will go well.

Of course we have our usual suspects and features, QRP on the Island is on at 3pm today so listen for details of that and Clive reminds you about the RAOTC broadcasts.
