New Kenwood Tri-Band HT

Kenwood announced at this year's Dayton Hamvention the planned introduction of a new HT, the TH-F6A.


The Kenwood TH-F6A is a Tri-Band radio with dual channel receive. But that is not its main claim to fame, its most interesting feature is the radio's transimit range: 144/220/440MHz. This new tri-bander also features a full 5 watts out on all three bands with the included 7.4V 1550mAh lithium-ion battery. Neither price nor estimated time of availability was made at the show. Needless to say we will be anxiously looking forward to this new rig from Kenwood.
